नयी दिल्ली, 24 जुलाई (भाषा) कांग्रेस नेता राहुल गांधी ने बृहस्पतिवार को कहा कि उनकी पार्टी के पास कर्नाटक के एक निर्वाचन क्षेत्र में चुनाव आयोग द्वारा धोखाधड़ी करने देने के ‘‘100 प्रतिशत सबूत’’ हैं और यदि आयोग यह सोचता है कि वह इससे बच जाएगा, तो यह उसकी ग़लतफ़हमी है। लोकसभा में नेता प्रतिपक्ष ने यह आरोप भी लगाया कि निर्वाचन आयोग अपनी जिम्मेदारी का निर्वहन नहीं कर रहा है। उन्होंने कर्नाटक के निर्वाचन क्षेत्र के नाम का उल्लेख नहीं किया। उन्होंने बिहार में जारी विशेष गहन पुनरीक्षण (एसआईआर) अभियान के बारे में पूछे जाने संसद परिसर में संवाददाताओं से कहा, ‘‘यह बहुत ही गंभीर मामला है। चुनाव आयोग, भारत के चुनाव आयोग की तरह काम नहीं कर रहा है। आज उन्होंने कुछ बयान दिया है, यह पूरी तरह से बकवास है। सच तो यह है कि चुनाव आयोग अपना काम नहीं कर रहा है।’’ राहुल गांधी ने कहा, ‘‘अब हमारे पास कर्नाटक के एक निर्वाचन क्षेत्र में चुनाव आयोग द्वारा धोखाधड़ी की अनुमति देने के 100 प्रतिशत ठोस सबूत हैं। 90 प्रतिशत नहीं। जब हमने इसे आपको दिखाने का फैसला किया है, तो यह 100 प्रतिशत सबूत हैं। हमने अभी एक निर्वाचन क्षेत्र का मुआयना किया और हमें यह मिला। मुझे पूरा यकीन है कि हर चुनाव क्षेत्र में यही नाटक चल रहा है।’’ कांग्रेस नेता ने दावा किया, ‘‘ हज़ारों-हज़ार नए मतदाता हैं जिनकी उम्र क्या है – 50, 45, 60, 65। यह एक ही चुनाव क्षेत्र में हज़ारों-हज़ार नए मतदाता हैं।’’ उनका कहना था, ‘‘मैं चुनाव आयोग से कहना चाहता हूं कि अगर आपको लगता है कि आप इससे बच निकलेंगे, अगर आपके अधिकारी सोचते हैं कि वे इससे बच निकलेंगे, तो आप ग़लतफ़हमी में हैं।’’ भाषा हक New Delhi, Jul 24 (PTI) Congress leader Rahul Gandhi on Thursday said his party has ‘concrete 100 per cent proof’ of the the Election Commission allowing cheating in a constituency in Karnataka and asserted that the poll watchdog would be mistaken if it thinks that it is going to get away with this ‘because we are going to come for you’.
Gandhi alleed that the Election Commission is not functioning as the Election Commission of India, and is ‘not doing its job’.
Asked about the special intensive revision of electoral rolls in Bihar and Congress leader Rahul Gandhi This is a very serious matter. Election Commission is not functioning as the Election Commission of India. Today they have made soome statement, this is complete nonsense. The fact of the matter is that the Election Commission is not doing its job. Now we have concrete 100 per cent proof of the Election Commission allowing cheating in a constituency in Karnataka. Not 90 per cent, when we decide to show it to you, it is a 100 per cent proof. We just looked at one constituency and we found this. I am absolutely convinced that constituency after constetuency this is the drama that is taking place. Thousands and thousands of new voters, how old are they 50, 45 60, 65, thousands and thousands of new voters in one constituency. This is one thing, voter deletion, voter addition, new voters who are way above 18, so we have caught them I want to send a message to the Election Commision — if you thing you are going to get away with this, if your officers think they are going to get away with this, you are mistaken you are not going to get away with this beacuse we are going to come for you हक नरेशनरेश
